JAPAN CAT NETWORK
Japan Cat Network is a registered NPO dedicated to trap, neuter and return (TNR) as a means of helping Japan’s stray and abandoned cat population. JCN was founded by Susan Roberts and David Wybenga, who have been living in Japan, teaching English, and helping cats since 1993.
ARK is a non-profit, non-governmental private organization with the aim of forming a network of people who love animals, believe in sharing their lives with them, and who work actively to rescue them from suffering.
HEARTHEART is a non-profit, private organization aimed at building a community in which companion animals can live free from suffering and/or cruelty. HEART’s activities include rescue, care and re-homing of stray, abandoned, abused and neglected animals. HEART also promotes spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership through education and supportive means.
